

David Dec, is licensed and bonded for Land Development, High-Rise and Airport
construction (California General Engineering “A” Contractor’s License, see
License).
After graduating from the University of Chicago, he
finished the course work for a Masters in Mathematics and a PhD in Physical
Chemistry at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He then started his PhD
research at the Argonne National Laboratories using their High Energy Electron
Beam bombardment equipment, but left to join the Central Intelligence Agency
(CIA). Then with the CIA in Washington, DC he restarted his PhD work at
Georgetown University but left for a tour of duty in Vietnam for the CIA in
1968. In the CIA he was in the Office of Research and Development in the Deputy
Directorate for Science and Technology.
On return
from the war he completed a number of successful construction projects on
advanced Energy Efficient homes, and has been involved in many heavy
construction projects since then.
